The item label PDF from Seller Central in any layout: 30-up Letter sheets (Avery 5160), the A4 sheets (21, 24, 27, 40 and 44 up) and thermal pages with one label each. FBA box labels and 4 × 6 shipping labels work too; those are copied exactly as they are. Scanned or image-only PDFs are read from the ink.
Usually the print dialog is scaling a Letter-size page onto a small label, or the paper size is wrong. Prepline makes each PDF page exactly your label size and tells you the three settings to use: the label size as paper, Scale 100%, margins None. The test label fixes the last millimetre.
Prepline draws every bar as a whole number of printer dots (2 dots at 203 dpi, about 10 mil), so thermal printers don’t smear bars into each other. Follow Amazon’s label rules and scan your first test label with any phone barcode app before a full run.
No. Prepline is an independent tool for Amazon sellers and isn’t affiliated with Amazon or Walmart. It follows Amazon’s published item label specs: 1 × 2 in to 2 × 3 in, barcode, FNSKU, title and condition.
Yes. Tap the first empty sticker on the sheet preview (say label 13) and printing starts there.
Paste the list anyway. Every cell is read as text, and when an 11-digit number becomes a valid UPC with a zero in front (the check digit proves it), Prepline puts the zero back and tells you. Numbers Excel turned into 1.23E+11 are flagged, because those digits are gone.
Yes, with Pro. Walmart wants a UPC (12 digits) or GTIN-14 on each unit, not an FNSKU and not an EAN. Switch the job to Walmart and Prepline checks every code against that rule.
No. Prepline reads the PDF and builds the new one inside your browser. Your product list never leaves the computer, and after the first visit it works with the Wi-Fi off.
Yes: monthly at $9 or yearly at $79, until you cancel. Cancel online anytime and keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for. The 7-day Shipment Pass ($5) never renews.
Yes. After you pay you get a license key. Paste it into Prepline on any other computer and Pro is on there too. No account needed.
